Dental aesthetics planning center protocol

Whenever you want to send a new case for planning, you must follow the following protocol:

1. Initial requirements

Complete the prescription form and provide the patient’s files. Access the following link:

2. Send files

1. Create patient, import 2D and 3D

2. Export case

Non user:

3. Case reception

4. Validation and modifications

Web Viewer

You will receive the planned case in an online viewer via e-mail. 
NemoStudio user: in addition to the link, you will receive the exported case in your NemoStudio. Remember to include your user ID in the export form.
If you agree with the plan, you must approve it within 30 days to proceed with the shipment of the physical or digital product.
If you wish to make a modification, send the specifications of the changes via email by replying to the email from which you received the viewer.
Up to 3 modifications are included in the planning. Additional modifications will have an extra cost.
Live online case validation with the planner (additional cost):
- – 30-minute online session for case review with our planning expert, by appointment.

5. Live online planning

Personalized online planning service with an expert (additional cost per hour or fraction):

The case will be prepared before the connection. Patient records must be sent at least 3 business days in advance.
Depending on the complexity of the case, a maximum duration of 2 hours will be set.
The connection time will be agreed upon between the planning center and the client.
